User Obligations
a) Users must not use the Raziq Brothers Trading platform in ways that violate any applicable laws, promote fraudulent activity, or expose the company to legal risks.
b) Bank account or card details may only be used within the platform for genuine and lawful transactions. Such details cannot be sold, shared, or misused unless lawfully obtained outside the platform.
c) Users must follow all rules and guidelines set by Raziq Brothers Trading and may not alter, decompile, or reverse-engineer the system without written approval.
d) Users are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and updated information as required under Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance.
Merchant Obligations
a) Merchants must follow all applicable laws, regulations, and policies when using our trading and payment services.
b) Merchants are not allowed to process or settle transactions on behalf of other businesses.
c) Transactions may not be used to refinance or repay outstanding debts.
d) Merchants must adhere to our verification and compliance procedures for financial instruments.
e) A receipt (digital or paper) must always be provided to customers showing transaction details.
f) Merchants may not impose unauthorized charges, fees, or surcharges related to payments.
g) Merchants grant Raziq Brothers Trading a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use their name, logo, and trademarks for service-related promotions.
h) Merchants authorize Raziq Brothers Trading to display their business name in promotional or informational content.
i) Merchants must ensure secure integration on their platforms (websites/apps) to accept payments safely.
j) Merchants must follow all official instructions from Raziq Brothers Trading related to electronic transactions.
k) In cases of disputes or fraud, the company reserves the right to refund the cardholder from the merchant’s funds. If insufficient, legal recovery may be initiated.
l) Merchants must provide accurate business and ownership details during verification. False information may result in suspension or penalties.
Transactions & Settlement
a) Raziq Brothers Trading will process settlements promptly; in case of delays, merchants will be notified.
b) All transaction records must represent genuine, authorized activities in compliance with this agreement.
c) Merchants must retain electronic transaction data for at least five (5) years.
General Obligations
a) Merchants must comply with all policies and guidelines under this agreement.
b) Merchants must follow all national and international trade laws for electronic transactions.
c) Merchants are responsible for fulfilling customer obligations regarding product or service sales.
Accepting Payments for Goods & Services
a) Merchants may only accept payments for goods or services they directly provide.
b) Refunds, reversals, or related transactions must be linked only to the registered line of business.
c) Any change in products or services must be reported to Raziq Brothers Trading.
d) Merchants must provide their website URL where payments are being accepted.
e) All transaction data must be submitted in line with applicable laws.
f) Merchants must avoid actions that could harm the company’s reputation.
g) Merchants agree to indemnify Raziq Brothers Trading against liabilities arising from their obligations to customers.
Disputes
a) Raziq Brothers Trading will not act as a mediator between merchants and customers and is indemnified from related consequences.
b) Merchants cannot reject returns or cancellations solely based on the customer’s chosen payment method.
Refunds & Chargebacks
a) In case of returns or cancellations, merchants must process refunds electronically to the customer’s account, deducting applicable charges.
b) Merchants must retain related correspondence and records for at least five (5) years.
c) Payments may be withheld if proper authorization is missing or if this agreement is breached.
d) In fraud or dispute cases, refunds may be processed from merchant funds.
e) A service fee applies to each chargeback and may be deducted from settlements or invoiced directly.
f) Raziq Brothers Trading is not responsible for losses, refunds, or costs related to chargebacks, including setup or integration fees.
Indemnity
a) Merchants agree to indemnify Raziq Brothers Trading against losses or claims resulting from their obligations to customers.
b) Merchants acknowledge that the company only provides a facilitation service and may itself be accountable to financial service providers if merchants fail to comply.
Prohibited & Restricted Items
Merchants may not sell or promote the following:
Firearms or Ammunition
Alcoholic Beverages
Explosives & Hazardous Materials
Pornographic or Adult Services
Live Animals
Illegal Drugs or Controlled Substances
Fireworks & Pyrotechnics
Spam/Bulk Email Software
Gambling & Betting Transactions
Multi-level Marketing or Pyramid Schemes
Quick Money/Work-from-home Schemes
Unauthorized Promotions or Wire Transfer Products
Any goods or services declared illegal under Pakistani law
Confidentiality & Security
a) Merchants must ensure confidentiality of customer information on their websites/apps. Any losses from security breaches remain the merchant’s responsibility.
b) Merchants must maintain secure integration with Raziq Brothers Trading’s systems. The company is not liable for losses from compromised connections.
Copyrights & Trademarks
“Raziq Brothers Trading (SMC-Private) Limited” and related marks are the exclusive property of the company. No usage is permitted without prior written consent.
Third-Party Businesses
Our platform may feature third-party services. Any purchase or service availed is solely between the customer and the third party. Raziq Brothers Trading assumes no liability for third-party actions.
Disclaimer
Services offered by Raziq Brothers Trading are provided “as is” with no warranties. The company is not responsible for damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes unresolved amicably will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pakistan.
